Unemployment Rates with Cities Crossing 2 States
When assessing different markets, what do you look at with regards to unemployment rates with a city that's in two states?
I normally recommend to new people searching with using American FactFinder (census.gov) to use "Place within State" for all searches.
Which of the following do you use for your market analysis?
1. The city only for unemployment
2. MSA only for the unemployment rate
3. Both for the unemployment rate
What sites/tools do you like for unemployment rates?
