Hello from Texas/New member to the website

Hello!!! I am a Minnesota native currently living in the Dallas/ Fort Worth area. 

I am super excited about stumbling into this website a few days ago. I am currently a busy single parent of 3 while being a teacher and coach. Tried to get into real estate awhile ago and life happened. After overcoming a few obstacles I am in a position now to where I am ready to start investing in buy and hold rentals. While I love teaching it can be extremely stressful and demanding and I feel horrible having to miss my own children's school activities and events because I am required to be there for someone else's child. I would like some of my time back to invest in my own children.

I am interested in buy and hold, preferably multi family homes. Since I've been exposed to the site I have been like a sponge reading articles and listening to podcasts, just soaking up information and being inspired at the same time. 

To the bigger pockets staff, contributors and community, I really want to say that I am so grateful and thankful for all of the information provided! It is extremely valuable and something that many charge thousands of dollars for. So thank you! 

To start I am trying to figure out creative ways to try to fund some properties as my financial situation is ok but not the best. Currently brainstorming and getting ready to take action!
