The best way to find the best agent to look at their tract record.

Partner with people and give up equity to gain tract record of borrowing from people.

Some areas of our County seem to be able to support $1250-$1350 rents for average to above average tract housing while other areas for the same units would only garner $900-1100 (supply and demand, age of units, location, schools, etc.

So, I thought I would break things down into digestible parts.
