I've been so impressed with what I've seen that I decided to join.  

There are webex style meetings every day that you can join in to learn more and ask questions about.

I joined a while ago but have been lurking.  

I recently got my Real Estate License and joined the association primarily to learn the market and find deals for myself.After starting investigations into two separate properties (the first two I looked at in fact) I am a little disturbed by what has occurred in these investigations.In the first, during the first conversation with the other agent I was told the owner was out of state, going through a divorce, an eviction, and that he needed to liquidate his assets.

I just joined a great nationwide group of investors that are absolutely KILLING IT!

I joined BP like a year ago but haven't started soaking up the wealth of knowledge until now.

Just sayingIf I were you Robert, I would go and join Ben Kinney's team up there in Bellingham and learn from an amazing business person and builder of systems.
