New member from Utah

Hey everyone, my name is Clayton and I currently live in Utah. I joined BP like a year ago but haven't started soaking up the wealth of knowledge until now. I own a home in NC that I rent out although it's not a great deal at the moment (I'm going to post a question on that next in the rental forum) and I just bought a house here in Utah. I am very motivated to find ways to get into more buy and hold properties either here in Utah or back in North Carolina. I look forward to contributing to this awesome site!
