Same with a dishwasher on another property, three different visits over a year and that dilapidated dishwasher prevailed.  

A fixture would be a toilet, sink, tub/shower, waterheater, dishwasher, icemaker.Complete rewire - $5/ft2, not include recessed cans or fixtures.Dumpster - 30yard dumpster is $350/dumpster. 

Each unit will have all the major appliances including dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. 

We provide a range & refrigerator at minimum for our rentals, some have a built in dishwasher or microwave.

We also added a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and washer and dryer.

One of my units had something disconnect in the dishwasher and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage to the flooring.  

I usually get a stainless steel package of a electric glastop stove, microwave, dishwasher and side by side fridge with icemaker for about $2,200Now I had a hard time getting a package together for under $2,800, talk about inflation.
