Tell me if I'm missing something, but with real estate being ultra rate-sensitive I don't see how the fed can stop this self-eating snake if they are looking to stop shelter inflation.

I've researched and understand there are creative ways such as seller financing or just saving more money, but this a bit time sensitive.  

Interesting to see that talking to a tax professional about sensitive and case by case topics has become bad advice.

Sounds like it may be time for -restraining orders (for whole family!)

But I also have a tenant who is 100% commission in an economically sensitive sectors so I know I need to look at the options for them and me.2. 

They are highly price sensitive, especially now that rates are being reduced for travelers.

Oddly enough I became caffeine sensitive so I switch to decaf which prior to I used to think people were pretty dumb to drink decaf and then I was drinking it.
