Looking for direction on if I should put my first home in my LLC or personal? I've been getting close to my first deal lately and I'm just trying to be prepared in all aspects. Thanks for the help.

@Christopher Zmolik You don't need or want an LLC for your first investment property. Buy it with conventional financing and level up from there. You'll find better rates and terms.

You can have up to 10 conventional mortgages under your name. Married? Your wife could have 10 as well.
