There are some pretty good products out there available for investments, where you can do seller paid temporary rate buydowns.

Also, they have limited and low quality products that you choose from for materials such as flooring  bathtubs, and lighting, etc.

I am asking both in terms of their turnkey products and in general how competent they are and trustworthy. 

If the price to replace is within budget I'd do it because you're putting out a newer/safer/more reliable product.2) Cost to replace the entire systems is tough to gauge without knowing the building size and style...
