(but probably to Austin because so many seem to live here)...with movie Stars and Swimming Pools.If you didn't own the mineral rights, the owner would probably (move to Beverly Hills) and you would go on ranching (or whatever it is you plan on doing for a living out there looking at one of those see-saw oil pumps going up and down all day and night (making the other guy rich).See this link for further explanation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

Long story short, I am wondering if it is more important to find a rock star realtor that has been in the game for a while and has a lot of sales under their belt, or do I go with an agent that is also an investor in the area and knows the rules but doesn't have many sales under their belt?

Just because the OP let things be on cruise control for 2+ years, doesn't mean he doesn't have the rights to get some details nowThe PM may be a frickin rock star but just sucks at paperwork...... but he may also be embezzling from his clients and be a smooth talking POS....... at this point there is no way to know.
