Qualified Intermediary: 1031 Exchange
Happy Investing! We are closing on our rental property SALE April 30th. Planning to take advantage of a 1031 Exchange. To avoid a legal nightmare, please reply if you know of a reputable company, with a long track record and considerable number of 5 star reviews. The sale is in Illinois, the purchase will likely be in Florida.

@Colette Major congrats on the sale of your property! I just went through a 1031 exchange where I sold an apartment building I owned and moved the money locally here to Berwyn, and I used @Lauren Speidel with Exeter 1031 exchange. My experience was excellent and she has also helped several of my clients over the past few years. I would reach out for sure.
