First STR - Bookings out the Gate
Looking to purchase my first STR in August. What is the best way to start having bookings immediately? What should my real expectations be Gatlinburg area? for the first six months?

Don’t wait till august just let it rip. Bookings are the least of your worries. They will happen. Preparing yourself mentally for guests being aholes is the bigger task. I can’t wait until my daughter is like 8 so she can take over managing my short terms lol
