If you mail in huge quantity, you may be able to qualify for bulk rate.Here is what I know.You may or may not be able to use hand-addressed envelopes.You may or may not be able to use addresses that have not been automated.The annual fee is $440.

I haven't looked into anything like this and don't know what to expect it terms of cost, I just know that the spreadsheet I've been using (which is not too sophisticated, but not basic either) is not one that can be used if I wanted to ramp up the quantity and frequency of my mailings and manage/keep track of incoming calls.

Although, if you decide to go the route of purchasing a list from a provider and your quantity is too high to do in house, you may want to consider out sourcing it.Keep in mind that direct mail tends to work best when you send a campaign, not just a single mailing.
