My point was more that if your plan is to only manage a few properties to supplement your income, I think you'll find that the income is rather small and not worth your time/stress/effort/liability.

Looks like it's the same down here, there isn't much I can find except supplemental filings. 

On some of the supplemental  forms that could be required , TDHCA will have you complete, notarization will be required.

Your plans sound more like a purchase of a personal home you want to rent rooms in to supplement your income rather than actually invest in rentals.

The initial goal is to supplement my income.
