Muti family investment "expectations"
While working a full time job I'm interested in doing the brrrr method for multi family homes. The initial goal is to supplement my income. My question is what should be my realistic expectations as far as growing a portfolio. First year 1 property, 2nd year 2 properties, 3rd 4 properties... so on and so on? By doing it diligently how many properties should someone "expect" to own after
5-7 years of investing on a consistent basis?
