Hello everyone, My name is Sergio Fukuda, and I'm about to graduate from Portland State on Sunday. Now that school is over for the moment I would love to start making my way toward investing in my future and earning passive income in the long run. I am completely new to real estate investment but my idea is to invest in a home possibly forclosed house around $200,000. At the moment I have $10000 to put down as a down payment. I'm aiming for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom and I would live in the house as well. I would love any thoughts and advice as to where to start and how to start and if it is a good idea to start right now. I don't want to make a rash decision and jump into something I'm not ready for but considering that I pay 930 a month now to live in a one bed room downtown apartment that could be going toward owning a house one day. Thanks for your time Sergio
