Well as Corey said read up on here and soak up all the info but if you want my opinion on courses there are 2 that have gotten a lot of praise with very few if any negative responses and they are:Steve Cook's Wholesaling 2.0 and Vena Jones Cox's Wholesaling course.Also our own member Andrew Massaro aka The Maestro has an ebook you might want to check out.

I'd recommend his Book (see also http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/517/topics/85441-biggerpockets-presents-the-book-on-flipping-houses-and-the-book-on-estimating-rehab-costs---now-on-sale and http://www.biggerpockets.com/store/ebooks) and if I recall correctly there are details in there that address the question you ask...

There is so much informaiton on here I am having trouble sticking to just reading the free ebook because there are so many other articles and podcasts.Thank you so much!!!

Daniel-I got all my books for free, some good audio and ebooks too.

Just had our 10th guest this year and they wrote publicly and privately very nice and complimentary descriptions of their stay.

I spend more than 8 hours -- on laptop -- I am retired and will like to be atcive --working on two other businesses same time -- Just from Free Webinars and this and other Group Forums --I have made notes and printed over 300 pages-- Now here is my step by step -- Plan ( I may write an eBook some day --not sure ) 1.

And if so, I would like just a little advice on how to do that in my area from someone who is actually doing it, rather than from the countless of ebooks and books that I have read.
