Greetings everybody! My name is Daniel and I am very interested in real estate. I have done some reading but I feel like I could definitely further my education. I am particularly interested in holding residential properties for cash flow but I am open to anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Any book, seminar, strategies,would be great. Right now I am a sponge. I am very excited to be here!
