To give you some background, I'm an investor developer, where we do land development projects typically for multi-family housing. 

I would be interested in portfolio of SFH, multi -units, and mixed-use, and vacant land zoned for multi-family. 

I am a traveling healthcare worker and my two major goals are buying multi family properties and going back to school.

I'm W2 employee with 5 rentals (4 SFH and 1 multi-family, co-owned with other investors), no Corps and no LLCs either.  

I am interested in applying for government grants to invest into multifamily units for government housing. Is this possible even without already having an established business?

This "economies of scale" approach could work for you, too.I would also consider the NW Valley, near where TSMC is building its multi-billion-dollar chip plant.

Might just bite the bullet and dump a few hundred bucks down the drain every month until I can sell this place and break even.What a waste
