Gap Lending for a buy and hold multi......
I've done my analysis and found a deal that I really like, that has seller financing that balloons in approx 2 years.....cash flow is pretty attractive, but the down payment is around $300k, and I was looking to put down a little more than half of that. I may be out of my price range, but the deal does look good, so I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on gap lending for a part of the down payment. I don't have any experience in this area, so any thoughts are appreciated....
Thank you!
