Got tired of 18 year-old's knowing more than me about money so I studied for the Certified Financial Planner exam.

page on www.homehelpact.com and they'll put you in touch with a FREE counselor, CPA, Financial Planner, Lawyer, etc. just to make sure that you get through this process with an unbiased point of view.

Well I hope to be done with those classes by the end of June, and being the planner I am, I'm thinking about my next step after that!

Just wondering if there are any real estate friendly Financial Planners and or CPAs in the North Dallas/Richardson/Plano area.

I'm not sure why anyone would need all of this other than possibly a big syndicate planning to build developments or city planners looking at housing trends to help understand development revenues and infrastructure need.

It's a small town and I stopped by and was able to meet with the code enforcement and city planner.

You can check zoning with the city or county planner and see what it is zoned for.
