With an investor and a listing agent working together with a great predictive analytic data set, the colloboration would work really well.

My background is in Marketing Analytics, eCommerce, and Business Intelligence. 

I tend to be over-analytical in my thoughts.

If you are telling us that you have done serious analytical investing, crunching numbers, digging into financial statements and valuing companies with sound principles and then (the hard part) trading with discipline; then you are one of the most competent and disciplined 19 year old I ever did see and you should probably write a book about yourself.

Vrbo has awesome analytics and they don't charge anything extra for the data.Before they had this I just looked up other similar properties close by and checked their rates and calendar.

I guess my desire is to have more analytical type questions to lean on upfront/for when I AM networking.
