I am considering the Scott Scheel program, We are not rookie real estate groopies but would like some training in the commercial arena. Is his course instruction (real world) or just seminar world? Is there anything better for the $ out there ( west coast). Thanks Treetop

Hey Guys! I know this is a very old thread but I'm looking for some feedback on this as well. I Just dropped a $1000 on his commercial real estate program (not the actual classes, just the material and some other bonus perks) supposedly valued at over $5000.  Thinking about it now, feel It was very stupid of me to do that without really researching for review and such. That being said, I still have 3 business days for a full refund. However before I proceed with that, I wanted to see if anyone had gone over the whole thing and could advise on whether I should get my refund and spend the money on other resources that would be more worthwhile.

Let me know please.
