I used this gel substance that is suppose to be better than peanut butter, but now I’m thinking I should have set a couple with the real thing.

They include lawful use for residential purposes only, alterations without approval and probably growth of controlled substances.  

Chemical Bank is one I've used. 

The house would sell for around 70K right now because they just couldn’t afford to keep up with maintenance and on top of that had an adult kid with substance abuse problems who has trashed it.

They look kind of like rust or some sort of chemical.

Personally I don't find extermination as a wholesome approach there are more environment friendly or chemical free ways to handle uninvited insects such as diatomaceous earth or boraxAppreciate your inputs

The Quickbooks community posts also seem to thread into the author using symbols and all caps to convey their frustration at the Quickbooks support "answers" not really saying anything of substance.

I personally don't use a lot of chemicals around my children & would hate for a tenant's family to be adversely affected by my pest control.

I do not ask tenants if they are smokers, I will rent to smokers, but it is very clear in my rental agreements and house rules that there is no smoking (of any substance) on the property (that includes garages, open space, parking areas) by tenants, their relatives, and their guests.  

There is also a stable blue collar work force with the refineries, chemical plants, and a port.
