pest control!! Had a potential tenant ask me if I did monthly pest control treatments on property??
Need some feedback?
She is financially strong, but would other landlords pay for monthly treatments or is this her responsibility?
Ironically, this is one of my better properties, literally have not seen a bug!!

I provide Quarterly pest control for all of my rentals. It's the south....there are bugs, and I'd rather they not take up residence in my properties!
