Sometimes I shake my head at the misleading information here.  

Some areas I've been checking in to include Redlands, Idyllwild, Julian, and Palm Springs - but I can't shake the feeling that there is a perfect area I've missed. 

We did this to help shake out any kind of problems that might come up and get their opinions on what we needed to add, subtract or change.Having said that, we only had a handful of takers.

Some of the stuff I see people post on here that they do just makes me shake my head.

I shake my head seeing what people are paying for wholesale properties in this market, they are losing money before they even start.

So I guess my answer to your post is it doesn’t matter because universal income won’t be attempted until after a huge market shake up that will negatively impact real estate due to massive job loss. 

Did it vibrate from being unbalanced and shake itself loose?
