To my great surprise, the Market Leader websites (used by KW and some others) are actually good at capturing leads.

There are a few outfits around town that do it as a loss leader for their real estate brokerage, but even they are expensive and most of them aren't even compliant. 

Thats a personal decision between a person and his/her doctor at the least and others have religious reasons to abstain as well.

Just a slight shift to 51/49 sets a clear leader and you can still engage in all the same debating and friendly help as a partner, but at the end of the day, its easier for the 51 to make the decision.

OR do you follow the leader? 

It was something that when they were young didn't have a lot to get by but they religiously put a bit more in (kids in college certainly made it difficult).  

What we found was there were buyers in the market place that had heard about Memphis Invest and knew it was a strong brand and leader in the industry, but they were not interested in purchasing in Memphis.
