there is the BIG river flowing through the middle of it ( Columbia) then you have Lake Chelan which nothing in the Entire west coast compares to unless you go to BC  Can still get nice housing in the 250k range to 350k range.. 

Just checked out your profile and saw that you already own rentals across the country and in Germany.We're seeing a lot of good values in Hillman City (between Columbia City and Othello stations) where the Graham street infill station will eventually be built.
