SC Mobile Home - Rehab Needed for 1980 Single wide 14x70

Looking for contractor to do extensive Rehab on 1980 Single Wide Mobile home located in 29054 zip code (Gaston, SC near Columbia).  Trailer needs work on roof, floors, windows, kitchen, bathrooms, paint, etc.  

Also, I would be interested in hearing from any members that have purchased new mobile homes in SC to add additional mobile homes to a property.  I've spoken to a few dealers in the area, but I'd like to hear if anyone has a referral.
