Once folks realize this is a belly to belly business their close ratios go way up... now of course if the sellers are out of area or out of state then you MUST give good phone to be successful and that is another discipline you must learn.. you must be very good.

Lastly, a program - and sometimes these are the most costly - is something that you enter much like you would enter a college degree - knowing that the juice is worth the squeeze meaning you know exactly what you are going to get on the other end.Its unfortunate that all three often get lumped into one category so i would advise people to read the early part of this thread where you broke this distinction down as well.See ya - Chris

Will Sifert You have already received some great advice... well, except for Michael Quarles ;) Unless you are planning on sending thousands of letters out, I personally suggest juicing every phone call through a friendly, yet professional conversation.

Mike, that's much like any franchise, that they have money, not only to pay the fees but not go belly up casting a cloud over the blue sky, then they need to be excited and excitable, follow instructions and perform in the manner adopted by the franchise as a lose cannon can sink the ship. :)
