We are seeing much longer wait times on purchases to be cleared for disbursing funds than refinances.

I am but our cleaning crew does it for us if we are out of town.

We are not looking to buy in class c or d.

The homeowner insurance market right now is a dumpster fire with carriers refusing to write business and creating incredibly tight underwriting guidelines.

We are hoping to streamline tenant communications, maintenance requests, and payment records. 

We plan on starting renovations on the unit in X (I would say a date but in reality have a 2-3 month buffer), and based on this we are no longer going to be renting the unit out.
