So I typed in "SMITH" into the last name field and the computer started searching for a very long time and finally retrieved information.This seemed quite ineffective to me, not to mention hanging out in that building wasn't too pleasant.

To retrieve this data, I re-purposed a simple crawler I had written in the past and was able to pull into my original data-set all the interior features that Redfin tracks and whether or not each sold listing had each feature.

Hi Merrit,Deer will jump tall fences to eat.Maybe fence the property and get a Labrador Retriever to run loose inside the fence.They seem to love to chase deer and make a decent pet too.Either that or get a sleigh and hitch all 8 of them up for Christmas--you just need a Red Nosed one to lead the pack.Good Luck!

They both have existing mortgages + delinquent taxes - I am wanting to see all options (wholesale, subject to, etc) I can exercise to retrieve the homes and also get more clarity on this question -Why would I purchase their home (after covering the mortgage) + tax liens when I have a possibility to win it at auction for a possible fraction of the price?
