The region offers promising returns, especially in areas like Kedungu, Tabanan, which is undergoing significant development and is just 15 minutes from Canggu

I have handled multiple 6-figure capital improvements, including assisting after a tornado that hit the Philly region in 2021.

I'm getting comps on other rentals in the region from a real estate agent right now.

The property the prospect resides in was sold back in 2022 and based on the County record it shows it's currently owned by a Management company located in Florida (Don't know about regional office).

It’s in SoCal and not in a rural area and close to many regional hospitals like memorial and Kaiser.It's on off MLS listing.

Also, if anyone has recommendations for reliable contractors or inspectors in the region, I’d love to hear your experiences.

They just don’t see enough of these deals to feel comfortable with them.That said, I’ve had more luck with smaller regional banks and credit unions.. especially those that cater to higher-net-worth individuals.
