Hi all,
Good morning. I'm about of state investor looking to do BRRRR in Birmingham, AL. I would like to connect with other local investors, contractors, property managers, local lender and other vendors to complete the whole BRRRR project. I am an active duty Navy and have experience in buy and hold rental, multifamily syndications and under writing. Now, I want to do BRRRR and I always wanted do this strategy. Hey Han, welcome to the BRRRR strategy! Birmingham's a great market for it. Definitely smart to start connecting with local contractors, pm's, and lenders early on—having the right team in place will make all the difference. There's a lot of helpful folks here, so you're in good company.
That's exciting! BRRRR is the way to go. I have several clients who have had good experiences with that strategy in Brimingham and in other markets. We provide financing for the purchase and rehab loan, and the refinance once rehab is complete. Looking at return on investment and cash flow of the property itself.
