Seeking Fix-and-Flip Insights and Connections in San Antonio & Austin

Antonio Harmon
Posted

Hey everyone, I’m a realtor focusing on fix-and-flip opportunities in San Antonio and Austin. I'm looking to connect with fellow investors and rehabbers who are active in these markets. What are some of the emerging neighborhoods or trends you’re seeing in these areas? Also, if anyone has recommendations for reliable contractors or inspectors in the region, I’d love to hear your experiences. Thanks in advance for any insights!

Hello Antonio, I am based in San Antonio, Flippers are focusing more in the north side of the city. I am not guy of recommends labor, but San Antonio has a good amount of contractors that make a good work, just ask for their previous projects.
