Go internship ( for free) with a large property management company.

Find some way to add value to their career through purchases, referrals, internship, etc.  

I'm sure they will admire your interest in working in an internship with them. 

I went to William Woods University and did one of my internships at Mizzou.

I will have a good job with a competitive starting salary and a decent credit score, however, my only employment history to this point consists of part-time work, and summer and seasonal internships, since I have gone straight through school.  

I guess I could wait until 2018 when we will not be making any money (except for during my internship) and sell it then.

I've seen a lot about FHA loans and the FHA 203k, and I was wondering if anyone knew if I would be eligible for those as a student without a constant (I've never had more than one or two weeks off in the past few years, but I've changed between various internships and jobs to build a resume), long-term job?

Summer internships in the offices of real estate and/or mortgage firms wouldn't be a horrible idea.
