Hello everyone I'm glad to have found this site my name is Larry I'm 46 and have been in the real estate business part time for the last 15 years mainly single family homes. I'm from a small Bloomfield area in the  area and there are several investors near us which makes things a little more complicated buying homes here at a good price but I can post those things latter.
