I own a few houses and BP has already instilled in me the drive to want to turn these into actual cashflow.

I was fortunate enough in my youth to have a mentor who helped instill in me the right mindset for entrepreneurship.

My fourth grade teacher instilled a love of logistics in arithmetic.

This is a response I am going to have to read a few times to make sure it is instilled into my brain permanently.

Long story short this is my question, How do I approach someone about getting financed be it the;Sellera Potential Investora BankWhat do I say to them to instill their confidence in me, how do I explain how I know I can do this (besides just showing them the numbers)Thank you so much for reading and I look forward to any responses. 

It doesn't have to be your own story if you have not done deals yet, but to instill in the receiver the confidence in what you are doing.

Do not buy in Still Meadows or Pioneer City! 

Talking to sellers from call #1 builds rapport and will instill trust.  

Capable determines how much desire you can instill, how much value does he see in your offer.Good luck,
