Just wanting to say hello and I am excited about the information I have been reading and gleaning from all the resources available.

Finding experienced local investors to glean knowledge from was the key for me really turning from a seminar attendee to an investor.

Harrod, I'll keep asking around and try to see if I can't help glean a satisfactory answer myself.

I gleaned this from the number of rooms per floor and total number of units.In my area, purchasing a property for $50,000 per door is totally unheard of, however this does require a significant rehab.

So to glean this loan:Total Payoff = $816k UPB = $652kInterest = $98kAdvances and Fees = $65kReinstatement = $271kAdvances and Fees = $65kPayments Behind = $206kPrincipal pay down in reinstatement = $107k As Wayne mentions the loan interest is pretty darn low.
