St. Louis area inspectors
Hi
I am embarking on an expanded effort to purchase properties <$50k. Probably north for the most part but maybe south city as well. County if possible. I know that the inspectors for U.City are very hard---and I heard that recently there is a new inspector for Ferguson who is very difficult.
I would like to know if there are any suggested areas to avoid due to excessively harsh or unreasonable inspectors you have to deal with. thanks in advance.
