I like income, it makes my first of the month just a little brighter.

We accomplished this by keeping an open concept between the kitchen and dining room.The lighter kitchen cabinet color we used really gave a brighter and larger feeling to a smaller area.

While I love the old woodwork, I think the market we would be selling to; i.e. first time buyers, would rather see the brighter, white woodwork.  

The only difference is that the prices are higher and the shade of people is brighter.

I get out run and get a flashlight and my pistol and come back and go down again.
