New member in Utah

hello BP members,

I just joined the BP community a couple of weeks ago. I'm pretty new to real estate. the past few weeks Iv been trying to read as much as I can. I probably read the beginner's guide that BP has a few times. it's probably the best free material Iv read about real estate. before I came here I looked up a bunch of gurues that just wanted me to buy their stuff. I almost bought their material because I was a bit scared trying to jump into real estate. right now I work for a call center as a support rep and hate it! so right now I'm making the transition to investing full time. My long term goal is to own a bunch of apartments and hold on to them. to get there I'm going to start wholesaling. when I make enough capital doing that I want to start flipping houses. Anyways I just wanted to introduce my self. I'll be online as much as I can to learn and try to help others too.
