Well, with 1 spare unit to rent out.

It does not include any labor as I did the work in my spare time and continued my W2. 

This was not easy when I was still employed but I knew what I wanted so I made it happen at the cost of sleep and the regular things most people do with spare time.

Can you throw a wardrobe in the spare room and call it a closet?

I'm working in the gulf right now (non-union) on shorter hitches, but it still leaves me with some spare time to work on REI.  

You talking just concrete placement or are you talking excavation, compaction, set up and pour in place...?  

It is basically getting a roof over your own head by buying a property and you either having more units in that property to rent out for income or using your spare bedrooms as rentals.

I currently have a full time job, but spend all of my spare time learning and networking with local RE investors and I am looking to add value to others through what ever means possible.Thanks,Dan

I would like to have some spare money to sign up for hobby classes or classes that can improve me as a person.  

It definitely seems that I am in the right place :)I've started listening to the podcasts and doing research in my spare time, considering at getting into REI in the near future.
