People you know from the Gym , Church,  etc ...

I've worked as a licensed athletic trainer, a maintenance technician for a local school/church, a package handler at FedEx Express, and I own and operate a small landscaping company. 

You would need to be over the edge desperate to deal with the church, charity or refugees.

If they have no family or church to help them, they need to consider their reality.

My back ground is in church and non-profit work, but one year ago (March '17) I got into slingin' mortgages.I'm highly analytical and I'm addicted to spreadsheets.

My desire is to be a full time Children's Pastor without being a burden on the church I go to, so having my own cash flow.

So a recent podcast and similar timed stay in an airbnb in another city along with my current market severe lack of inventory (yet too high new construction costs) lead me into thinking about this topic.Has anyone on ...

I am also a Kid's leader at our local church and help my dad with his insulation business. 

Go to church, get lunch with friends, have a potluck with your neighbors, take public transportation and talk with the drivers, volunteer and network with others, keep posting on the BP forums and send requests to people in your area, etc.
