Gilbert Arizona church looking for a building

Dear BP family,

My family and I belong to the Gilbert Seventh-day Adventist church in Arizona.  Our congregation of 50-60 is currently renting as we save to purchase property.  As you know, commercial property is very expensive so I am reaching out to you for help. Do you know of any property, whether off-market commercial or residential, that could be leased by a church group.  We are interested in everything from an old gas station, barn, office building, out building, renting from another church, etc.  We would like to discuss creative financing.  We are also a 501c3 organization belonging to the Arizona Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.  Please feel free to message me.

Thank you for your help.
