It is mostly fenced, and could also be used as a camp for the local fishermen.

I am signed up to attend the Rookie Real Estate Bootcamp starting this Fall, and am looking forward to the knowledge and opportunity that the camp will bring. 

Also, I've of the camp that LLC's and expecially anonymity in many situations is overrated...And, if you are investing in FL, then you'll need realtor licensed in FL. 

Also, nobody has a crystal bowl.When it comes to Tulum real estate, there's the bust camp and then there's the "other camp".

Very limited opportunity in that area for places to stay or set up camp. 

I'm not sure how to get the recent camps in my area.

I would really recommend self managing, Bigger Pockets has so many great resources for this from STR boot camp to the book on STR called Short Term Rental, Long Term Wealth.  

I've been watching BP youtube daily for months,  read many many books, been practicing running numbers with an app finding deals etc, plan on taking boot camps here and also Zubers course. 

@Victor Tobon Too bad you are leaving the wonderful city of San Diego but good for you for taking action with the boot camp. 

On some other threads, there seems to be an underlying debate or difference in philosophy around buy-and-hold investment strategy:  In one camp, the goal is to invest in high appreciation areas, even though they are high-priced and might not be cash flow positive in the near term.
