Selling your investment early
Hello, I have an investment that I am trying to get out of. II am a single mom, and had a lot of contractor problems with this one. It is a beautiful home, 2500 sf, 5 Acres, just around the corner from gator hotel/hunts that charge up to $6k/weekly. The assessed ARV is $240k, and all of the work is almost completed. It is mostly fenced, and could also be used as a camp for the local fishermen. The problem is that it is in a flood zone. The flood insurance is offset by $600 yearly taxes, but I am having a hell of a time trying to sell it at $93k. Does anyone have any advice??
