I fear Mission Beach may not be the best Mid-term rental market (a lot of people go there for short vacations, bridal and bachelor parties, etc). 

We live in a small town where I ran a market for several years and he was always in and out of the store ranting on about something for hours, sometimes wearing a dress, sometimes dressed as a rainbow or a native Indian (you just never knew). 

So the amount of years you do anything means very little.You are taking an opinion, and dressing it up as fact.You can be in business for 300 years, but if you have never been exposed to a car, you will swear by running is the best form of transportation.So yes, you are not wrong. 

Or a dress shirt.

Some providers will dress up a home in a horrible area thinking they can sell it to out of state investors.

Good luck with your project.I thought about taking my bike to the strip, just to see what it will do, not for competition, a 1600 Vulcan, I pinned the speedo after the break-in and before it got dressed and it was still climbing so I have no idea what it does.

I wouldn't recommend doing this on a high-end property, but it dresses up cabinets in most rentals just fine.

They have a good selection of upholstered & wood furniture also, which can be dressed up with new slipcovers, paint, etc.
