And that only makes the sale voidable they have to bring a legal action to establish that.. ( ask me how I know that pearl LOL)So there you go two for one a little side bar on Mello Roos and how tax sales work in CA.lastly it is quite rare for a improved property to go to sale in CA.. 99% is land and odds and ends at that.. non buildable strips land that does not perc  etc etc.

And the person needs to be turned in and prosecuted  LOLI am all for profit's  its how we do business.. but taking advantage of the elderly simply is not one that I subscribe too.. a 240k property that only needs 20 k in work.. is certainly NOT only worth 90k..most folks would be tickled pink to pay 150k a 240k prop that only needs 20k... had this seller simply gone to a reputable realtor and the property was exposed to the open market fair market value would have been achieved for all.Now I get Hoarder houses and super low value deals... etc etc.. especially with how intense the asbestos laws and lead paint laws have gotten.. the old days of just a wink and nob get rid of it is over.so on the face of it. some of these homes will need to go for VERY low dollars to make them viable.

Click Save and Close Go to your Customer center and choose your tenant (Name) do a Ctrl + I  (for Invoice) and this window should appear.Click on the Expenses TabTo put a check mark next to the bill you want to send your tenant press the space bar on your keyboard and click on save and close.And now the bill appears for your tenant.

Last surround I did was 6x12 porcelain "travertine look", because the bath had other pink/tan features.
