This is clearly a shakedown, and while I'm not a lawyer and wouldn't know what law it violates, it certainly must violate one or more laws to purposefully conceal what the correct address is in an attempt to have the LL violate housing laws, and thus profit from it.I would request a freedom of information act request, and ask for all documents related to the previous 80 cases, as there are bound to be common themes, such as "attorney claiming to have sent a letter", but all 80 landlords mysteriously never got a letter. 

When I separated late in 2022, I knew real estate was the path for freedom and have since added the last 2 Airbnbs in Lubbock.

One issue is the challenge of qualifying, as conventional loans will have DTI requirements, income requirements, loan size limits, and loan amount limits that investors looking to scale a portfolio run into as soon as the financial freedom snowball starts rolling.

With my experience with very wealthy individuals who have complete freedom of time, one common denominator is: Keep it simple and a little boring.

Cash flow from properties, as well as capital earned from fix and flips, will be reinvested in future projects until we reach our freedom number.

I also don't want to trade one stressful job for another when I'm ultimately working for freedom. 

It seems like it should not be legal, in effect taking something without any LL compensation (freedom to use unit for whatever LL desires at the end of lease).Besides my primary issue that the law changes an existing contract, it also makes it harder to get rid of less than ideal tenants that raises risks and costs.  

The issue is people with this fanatical demand that EVERYONE is wither with Tribe A, or Tribe B, and forgot that we are supposed to have FREEDOM, including freedom of thought. 

My brain is really working now, and I'm ready to get started creating financial freedom for my family!
